Bernanke: Dodd-Frank Shouldn’t Burden Community Banks
Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke said Wednesday that U.S. community banks are gaining strength despite what he described as a "frustratingly slow" economic recovery and promised community bankers that Dodd-Frank Act is enacted for the "too big to fails."
